Cover letter (with any special notes)

Letter of invitation from school (in Chinese)

Form JW202 Visa application for study in China (in Chinese) from school

Visa application with photo attached (download here)

The fee for visas listed here are current as of September 2005. Always check the consulate website for changes before preparing your check or money order. Most travel agents charge an additional fee above and beyond the fees listed here. Expect to pay an additional 20 dollars on top of the fees listed below.
